Solid weekend for Chandler in rainy Le Mans

 In News

Possibly Chandler Cooper’s toughest track test after last year being denied the opportunity to race by officials after a scan revealed a broken ankle, this race weekend was looking strong.

With only 2 qualifying sessions and no practice all the riders were sent out in horrific conditions with rain providing tough for most. Chandler was 7th fastest at half way point in Q.1 but a clash with Rory Skinner had Cooper lose the front and that seen end to his session.

Chandler qualified strong for the race but with no dry time for both rider and bike, he was content to run with a rear group and complete his first ever MotoGP support race in France.
