CEV Repsol Albacete race report

 In News

The Albacete round of the 2018 FIM CEV Repsol championship (the season’s penultimate round) started with some trying times for Chandler Cooper on the Thursday and Friday, primarily with tyre issues, but this did not stop him putting in some strong times in the Superstock 600 class.

Raceday itself was marked by heavy rainfall, and Chandler eventually finished eleventh in Moto2 Race 1, which was second in the Superstock category, and thirteenth in Race 2 – which was also second in Superstock.

All in all this was a very decent outcome for the weekend, especially considering the conditions on the day, and Chandler can be rightly happy with it, as the final round in Valencia approaches on November 25th.
