My favorite things to do are running, hitting the gym and eating healthy. These activities keep me fit and happy and I love taking care of myself and staying active.

Traveling to warmer climates in the summer and cooking up a storm on the bbq is one of the highlights of my time away from the track. Enjoying a spa while taking in the beautiful scenery by the Murray river is the ultimate relaxation.
